Still Good After All These Years

I have used TurboTax for approximately eight years. It has always been thorought and easy to use. The ability to download fianancial data from major institutions makes the process even easier. I like the ability to use either an easy path or going directly to sections or forms on my own.
Sometimes it takes a while to ascertain what the package wants because of annual changes. Changes in looks are sometimes different, not particularly better.

I like Turbo Tax, its easy to use, initutive, readily available and make the much dreaded and hated Income tax process easier.

Having used Turbo Tax for more than a decade, I'm always satisfied with the results. The walk thru is quick and easy to follow. The more info tags provide adequate explanation at a glance and provide additional links if more detailed explanation or examples are needed. I was especially happy to see how it handled my special needs this year. After receiving a final payout from my mother's trust, I envisioned having to contact a CPA to decifer the code necessary to fill out the K-1 form needed to complete my return including the trust information provided by her accountant.
What's great about it: Handling of special forms (Ex. K-1)
What's not so great: Having to skip over info page each time I entered to continue return

Slow

I was disappointed in how slow Turbo Tax was this year. When switching from entering detail wage info in to the main income screen it took a long time for Turbo Tax to switch screens

Easy to use

This was my first time using your program. It was user friendly, and I liked the step-by-step process. There were still some filling questions I did not understand, but I still feel confident in my return. I will probably use your program again. The pricing for state returns is too expensive, and I will not e-file with state because of the charge.
What's great about it: Flexible times to file
What's not so great: Still confused on some questions asked
