TT stated I needed a form to complete my return. I received notification via email that the form was now available. However the TT app would NOT download the form. I spent 2 hrs on the phone with support that did NOT know anything about what he was talking about. They stated they would refund my purchase price but have yet to receive that. Will definitely think twice before I purchase this next year. What a nightmare.
What's great about it: Received notification of available form
What's not so great: Would not download form

So easy even a caveman can do it

I have used Turbo Tax for 5 years now and find it to be the easiest way to file my taxes. I have always gotten the maximum refund due me.
What's great about it: help with deductions
What's not so great: Paying for State return

Easy and Quick

This software is so easy to use. Once you gather all of the necessary paperwork, you just have to plug in all the numbers and then submit. It really takes the legal and technical jargon out and put everything into simple questions. I love it.
What's great about it: Very straight forward and easy to understand
What's not so great: nothing really

Worth expense

Turbo tax is the best program for single mothers to prepare their taxes. I paid almost the same amount of $ I paid to the accountant for the program to do it myself. This is my second year using it and it asked more question than the accountant did when he did my taxes. Questions to get me more refund. I'm very exited and I recommended to anyone. Thanks.

good software that I've used for years. the only thing that is kind of a let down is slow response to online questions. other than that, it is great!
What's great about it: affordable, easy to use
What's not so great: slow online response if you have questions
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments
