I have been using Turbo Tax for years now.
There is no other way to describe how Turbo Tax helps me prepare my tax returns, but excellent!! It does the thinking, calculations, filing and everything you need!! It saves me vast amounts of time!!
I will always use it and there is no better software, in my opinion!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax does the work for you!
What's not so great: none

Simple - import from previous years - nice

I never really know if I could do better with a person doing my taxes - Turbo Tax gives you the impression it is all simple.
But I always wonder if I am overlooking something or not getting advice that might save me more $$.

What's great about it: Simple - import from previous years - nice
What's not so great: you import an item and Turbo tax tells you later there is an issue with a field (that it imported)

Easy to use and accurate - have been using since 2007.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and use
What's not so great: Should shortcut to guess whether standard oritemized is larger.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

if you are looking for the irs entries it is not easy
the printing instructions are not very clear
when you choose print you get a pdf which you then have to us adobe to print it should be stated that you are going to create an adobe file and that you will print it asa any adobe file

Turbo Tax is great... I've used it for several years. It is easy to use..guides you a step at a time and wont let you file if something is wrong..... I called with a question and the lady was so helpful.
What's great about it: Easy to use.....Stops you if make mistake
What's not so great: Hate to pay for state already paid for package
