Easier than paper

This is my 6th year using Turbo Tax. I continue to use it as it is faster and more efficient than when I did them myself with no prompts or explanations of items. I am sure I am getting all possible deductions now. I like how it imports prior year information so I don't have to refer to past year taxes and then copy into this year forms. I plan to continue using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Prompts and imports
What's not so great: some steps confusing

Had to pay Fed and State but was easy with Turbo

I have used turbo tax for years and it is the only tax preparation softward that I wll use. I have recommended many times to friends and relatives and they now use turbo tax.
What's great about it: Great and easy application to use
What's not so great: Could be a bit less expensive

Turbo Tax allows individuals as myself to do my taxes and understand what I am doing and getting. This is a great way to do taxes and not wait for someone else to prepare it for you.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax gives you the relief that you taxes are done correct

I have been using TT for over two decades. My taxes have become more complicated, but TT has helped me through it every time!
What's great about it: Personalize help & easy to follow instructions with extra info when needed.
What's not so great: Sometimes it is a little complicated (but see above)

Overall, I like Turbo Tax but this year's edition seemed to be just below what I expected based on prior years use. As if developers were in a hurry and quality control was not top notch.
What's great about it: in house, clear instructions mostly, simple
What's not so great: explains printed too small and not as helpful as prior years
