Been Using TurboTax for YEARS!!!

I have been using TurboTax for more than 10 years. Every year, the software continues to improve user experience. I love how everything is filled up from previous years, especially when there are no major life changes throughout the year. I can easily just plug in numbers when no major changes occur in the last year. My whole family uses TurboTax every year even with different life situations. You can count on TurboTax to step you through each situation, whether it's for deduction or credit. Easy to get customer support too. Keep it up TurboTax!!!
What's great about it: Easy to use - walks you through everything
What's not so great: Really have had no issues

I have used Turbo Tax for about 4 years now and love the fact that I can just keep all my info and just transfer it for a smoother time. Thanks Turbo Tax!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You Get What You Pay For

Have used TurbuTax Deluxe for many years. Three years ago, I thought I'd buy a cheaper brand that said "as good as TurboTax". It was not. Ended up buying TurboTax also that year. It was easier and got better return. I only buy TurboTax since then. You get what you pay for.
What's great about it: Great job of walking you thru completion process. Identifies all forms I received for proper fileing.
What's not so great: Pricey

Turbo tax makes filling easy and simple for a single mom with little time to spare on things that dont invole my children Simply put: Thank you for your help.
What's great about it: it makes something huge and hard seem small and easy at a price i can afford
What's not so great: i wonder if i missed out on any deductions

makes life easier

Generally this makes my life easier as a nonaccountant. I just enter the information and Turbo Tax calculates it for me. There have been times that I have entered information incorrectly and it is difficult to correct it - particularly with Health Savings accounts.
What's great about it: I like being able to enter my tax information and not worrying about the calculations because Turbo Tax does it for me.
What's not so great: I do not think it is always easy to make corrections after you realize you made a mistake.
