What's great about it: Everything is geared to help get the best return.
What's not so great: Some questions are a little hard to figure out.

Federal great! Alabama state wrong!!!!!

You need to fix your Alabama state. It is wrong. Alabama does not tax teacher retirement. Your product.does. Your program called for a $950.00 payment to state, which was incorrect. I received a $320.00 refund. Please fix before next year!
What's great about it: Federal was easy. I liked it!
What's not so great: Alabama state is wrong. Had to hand figure. Two years in a row. Shame!

Pay $60.00 @ the store just to pay again

Payed $50.00 @ walmart for the disk. then payed $50.00 to file fed. and $20.00 for state..... also @ the end summary it displayed how much I was getting back but it said I owed over $1000.00 for Federal. Did not explain why. i owed when I claimed 0 all year long.......
Misleading and much needed improvement not worth a dime I spent.
What's great about it: very helpful, and easy to use.
What's not so great: payed too much. mis- leading

Won't ever do my taxes any other way but Turbo-tax. Easy,fast download.Excellent instructions.Laid out for the do-it yourselfers.Would highly recommend to anyone.Great product!!! Well worth the money.

Easy Filing

This is the easiest way to file a return, do it right in your home, at your convenience. Have no trouble, they keep my info on file, only have to edit anything that has changed from last year. Love it!
What's great about it: Keeps your records on file, only have to fill in income info, and edit changes.
What's not so great: None

Trouble with state tax

I had to file two state tax returns for 2012 and i payed for 5the second state with my Discover card. Hit all the buttons but no forms were completed for New Mexico or Alabama.
What's great about it: Federal tax forms were completed with no problem.
What's not so great: Program did not complete my state taxe returns

There is no better way to file your income taxes

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 10 Years and I have recomend it to all of my friends and coleagues. It is by far the best product on the Market to file your taxes all by your self and not pay an arm and a leg to someone else to do them for you.
What's great about it: Ease of use and understandble step by step to sucess
