We've used Turbo Tax for a number of years - it has gotten easier to use every year. I found the explanations - when needed - clear and thorough.
What's great about it: Easy to follow step-by-step
What's not so great: Nothing

Turbo Tax is the Best!

This product takes all the work out of doing taxes - I had some capital gains this year that I was dreading having to figure out - Turbo Tax made it easy!

What's not so great: i get confused on the real estate tax and the proberty tax

easier than I expected

Had to pay for state returns at the begining and at the end, bound to be my mistake though as no one else I've talked to had that happen.
What's great about it: walks you through it all, easy to come back to it later
What's not so great: I had to pay for state returns twice?
