I have been using Turbo Tax every since it first came available. i have always been satisfied with the product. Each year they make it a little bit better.
What's great about it: Well designed, user friendly, can be used in several configuration to satisfy the skill level of the user

I have used TT Deluxe for a 1/2 dozen or so years no. Relatively good product, quick and easy to use, self-guided tour makes things easy. Problem is some decisions and items remain hidden behind the self-guided wall and can be difficult to figure out.
What's great about it: Relatively quick, easy self guiding
What's not so great: Some items remain shrouded behind a digital wall and are difficult to find

This is a great product! I have been using Turbo Tax since it started. I would not think of doing taxes without it!!!!!

Turbotax is great, but there are a few places it could be better:
1. I have a long list of charities that changes . It would save a lot of time if there were a way to alphabetize the revised list so that I can start fresh each year.
2. In Form 8949, it is unclear how to get a second page for a second kind of transaction (A, B, or C).

Makes Taxes NOT QUITE as painful ;-)

I use Turbo Tax every year, and I plan to keep using it too!
What's great about it: I am a firm believer in the KISS principal-Keep It Simple Stupid...TurboTax does just that! Thanks!
What's not so great: Only problem was the Sect 179 Directions weren't as clear as they could have been.
