Wow Taxes R Filed

I have been filing our taxes with Turbo Tax now for several years and have always been pleased and satisfied. Everything is laid out well and easy to navigate and understand. .
What's great about it: I was guided step by step with explanations as needed. Could not have been easier!
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

If you have simple taxes is great! if you are doing personal and small business taxes it great and save you a load of money that you would pay someone to do. I not sure how it works for a large company!
What's great about it: How I can do it my self and if I need help its right there for me

Please add an easier explanation for 401K/IRA rollovers. It took me awhile to figure out what you meant. A simple yes or no selection would be very helpful.
What's great about it: Easy to follow along, and understand.
What's not so great: Small printing. Please make your print a little bigger for those of us with seeing difficulties.

Tax Pro Lisa was very pleasent and knowledgable about all areas of complicated taxes. after waiting our questions were thoroughly answered and she stayed on the line while we solved and finished our taxes. Already recommended to several people. Thank you Turbo Tax and team, Excellent program
What's great about it: Excellent services provided by the Turbo Tax Expert
What's not so great: 40 minute wait,but worth it. would have taken longer anywhere else.

Great Taxing
