Over all this is what I come to expect from TurboTax something that I can get done in a couple of hours. A+
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: I had to go back am manually add the home office it just skipped over it

Highly recommend it for average people just going to work and and keeping their heads above water. Easy to understand and follow. Took little less than three hours for us to do our taxes versus going somewhere and sitting around for a couple of hours.
What's great about it: easy to understand, almost dummy-proof
What's not so great: couldn't see anything wrong about it

Make sure you have all needed records before you begin, it helps the process go that much faster.
What's great about it: The walking through of each step of the taxes was awesome.
What's not so great: I do not have a complaint about the program.

The product works well for me. I miss the old audit prediction tool .

What's not so great: Occasionally hard to burrow back into numbers entered for deductions

I have been using Turbo Tax for Years. Its a lot easier and I'm a retired tax accountant.
What's great about it: Recall of last years data and ease of entering current information
What's not so great: Can't think of any at the moment

The program led me through the process with little difficulty on my part. There were some things I had to take a closer look at because they were new to me, but the help aids were very adequate.
What's great about it: As usual, the program was just what I needed in the way of simplicity.
