I've used TurboTax for four years in a row and have never had an issue or been disappointment in my return. I would recommend it for almost anyone.

Got it done with minimal hassle.

We have used Turbo tax for about 6 years. We have not had any problems, audits, or issues with the state or IRS. This year there were some changes in our status that were very unusual, but Turbo tax had most of the information needed. We did call the IRS to get a more detailed explanation of the tax law to avoid mistakes.
What's great about it: Shows last years information and auto fills where it can.
What's not so great: Had to call IRS twice for a better explaination of rare circumstances.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy and Painless Return

Have used Turbo Tax for years and continue to find it convenient and always improving.
What's great about it: Step by step instructions and explanations
What's not so great: Not easy to return to a specific place. Having to select "back" over and over

Smooth and Easy

Have been using Turbo Tax for several years (more than ten) and found this year's to be smoothest. Really like feature where last year's form can be transfered in....saves a lot of time. Wish state taxes were included....
What's great about it: Walked me through each area of the form with help and guidance at every step
What's not so great: State taxes cost extra and are done separately

What's great about it: Easy to use. Questions are easy to understand. Simply the bomb!!!!
What's not so great: I would like to see a boxwhere you can ask your question rather than bringing up and explaination to type your question.
