the only part that I don't like is the review section. if you've ommitted something it is difficult to figure out where to find the item. other than that it is very easy to use.
What's great about it: turbotax is very easy to use, pretty quick if you have the proper paperwork

I have TurboTax Deluxe. It's extremely easy to use. The interview questions are easy to understand. The context sensitive help is right at your finger tip within TurboTax. You don't need to search internet for help. Very satisfied with the product. I have used it for 6 years now.
What's great about it: Easy to use, cover stock sales

It was easy to understand the directions given in Turbo Tax. The quick access to the explanations of the federal and state tax laws and guidelines made filing taxes go smoothly.

The language just needs to made clear as to what is actually getting paid to you and what is just a credit that is not benefiting you.
What's great about it: It was very easy to follow the instructions for the input of information and the explanation for each tpoic.
What's not so great: The language used in the education credits made it seem like my refund was going to be added to, NOT

Turbo Tax getting better

Used Turbo Tax for more than twenty years, improvement annually help, especially after using the previous years version. This year in particular, after completing the Federal return, very little questions for the State portion, most information was transferred and completed in no time! Getting better and recommend to all my friends.
What's great about it: Much easier to use the question and answer parts.
What's not so great: Difficult to get to the bottom of the page for the 'continue' button.

Very easy to follow through the steps and easy to read and understand what is needed or where to put the info you have to submit. Very helpful if there is any problems with your return.

Finally!

I finally found the answer to my question online. However, I could not have filed my taxes if just depended on Turbo to get back to me.
What's great about it: Couldn't have done it alone.
What's not so great: No response from emails sent to ask question of Turbo.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
