Pretty good importing tax data from brokerage accounts.
What's not so great: I wish I was not forced to input my username and password for each brokerage account I use. It is a lot of risk to take.

Have use Turbo Tax for years and it seems to get more user friendly every year.
What's great about it: So user friendly. anyone can complete their returns. Don't have to be an accountant.

Overall, great. I feel confident that everything was covered, and submitted correctly. The only time it was unpleasant was when switching between the different 'tabs,' where each time you were prompted with the initial 'start screen' for each, instead of being taken to the 'summary screen' for the associated section (obviously this only applies to sections already completed). It still did what it needed to, just not as seamlessly as the rest of the process.
What's great about it: Easy to fill out data
What's not so great: Somewhat awkward transitions
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

FAST AND EASY

THIS PROGRAM GETS BETTER AND BETTER. EACH YEAR IT GETS EASIER TO FILE. WHAT A CHANGE FROM YESTERYEAR WHEN WE WOULD SUFFER WITH THOSE BOOKLETS AND PAGES ... LIKE A TORTUOUS LOGIC PUZZLE.

I like the DIY taxes!

I love Turbo-Tax! It is easily available, reasonably priced and asks me all the questions. It is simple and easy to use.
