Easy to use!

Need to figure out why I didn't have option to import W-2,. would be good if I could import mortgage interest, property taxes, charitable contributions, and other information.
What's great about it: Asks ?s different ways, plenty of help & examples, comparison to last year is great.
What's not so great: ItsDeductible is limited. Not able to import W-2.

Stickler for details

TurboTax is very through and protects the filer by not letting little details be ignored. It is sometimes hard to interup what is required to correct the entry but TurboTax doesn't ignore little details.
What's great about it: Won't file your taxes until everything is correct
What's not so great: Takes time

I really like Turbo Tax for it;s ease of use and the filling out of the forms from last years info. Unless the price gets too high I will continue to use it in future years.

Easy !

i have been doing my taxes and also my family taxes and have found that the only way I can do an accurate correct tax return is to use Turbo Tax. It is easy to do, either on your own and if you are a first timer, it will give you all the information you need and guide you through your whole tax return in about thirty to forty-five minutes. Can not do a tax return better than that.
What's great about it: The ease and setup to do your taxes accurately.
What's not so great: Nothing

I've been using Turbo Tax for the last 10 years, and it still amazes me how using your product brings a smile to my face each year.
What's great about it: Fast, Easy to Understand, Accurate, Detailed
What's not so great: None so far.

It was the best!

TurboTax was fast and easy, I got my tax return done in now time without and problems. TurboTax answered everyone of my questions couldn't be more satisfied with it.
What's great about it: It was super fast got my tax return done in no time.
What's not so great: Not enough support for all my w-2's
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using TurboTax for several years, and am confident that it is doing as well for us as the tax professional we used prior to finding Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: covers everything systematically
What's not so great: Difficult to make changes in State form

Easy to Follow

This was our first time filing joint. It was very helpful and the hardest part was gathering all the documents.
What's great about it: easy step by step process
What's not so great: none really
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
