Review of TT Deluxe 2012

This year's return went very smoothly, even with stock option sales and numerous 1099's from a 401-K rollover. Very few backups and do-overs... It seems that the "Explain This" links are getting more relevant every year and they were right on topic for me at several points.
What's great about it: Seemed to go very smooth this year - even with the delays on certain federal forms.
What's not so great: Still doesn't import my W-2's but a minor inconvenience.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I do not believe I will buy this product again.
What's great about it: It is done and I can only hope it is correct.
What's not so great: Not sure what the program is doing it seemed better a few years ago.

Lausy Printing

I have used Turbo Tax for four years, it was perfect, but this year I have not being able to print my return. I called support and it was not useful, they can never gave an answer on how to print my forms. Next year I will fix it with another tax Software like H&R Block or something else....And... don't forget I will not recommend Tubo Tax

amazingly easy! never done my own taxes before, and couldn't believe how all this complicated mess of tax info could be broken down so much. i felt like i was taken by the hand and led through the quickest, simplest path of a maze. super simple, super loved it.

Easy and Fast tax service

I've been a TurboTax user for nearly a decade now and am consistently surprised by the improvements that occur each year. This year was the easiest yet. I haven't used other software so have not basis for comparison, but can recommend TurboTax without reservation.
What's great about it: Ease of use

One thing I wish you'd change. When I'm entering my home office expenses, there is a category for "other" and for "utilities". When I click on the "explain this" tab it says that I should should claim phone and internet expenses in the upcoming General expenses category. I've been using your product for years, and I've never stumbled across it. Can you please make it more obvious?
