Can it get any easier?

For someone who needs a simple tool to file your taxes in just an hour, you don't have to look any further. Very easy and simple interface makes me to come back every year.

Great Experience

I always have good experiences with Turbo Tax. I love that it will walk me through all of the different options so I can be sure that I have entered everything that is needed. I did have one problem this year where I was asked a question, but both the yes and no options were checked and I was not able to uncheck one of them, so I don't know if that afffected my refund.
What's great about it: step by step instructions

Have had some problems in past but stayed with Turbo tax to be consistant with tax return and this year went smoother than ever...Thanks

Really like TurboTax

Really think the Turbotax software is well done. Very easy to use, with help sections to look at if needed.
Much more cost effective than paying a tax preparer if your taxes are not extremely complicated.
Works even slicker with importing your info, the second year you get the software.

What's great about it: Detailed and has great explanations
What's not so great: It does take a little time to complete, but is worth doing right
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love Turbo Tax

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years after doing my own tax returns (long form). Using TT is a breeze. Easy to load on my PC, and I love how the program walks the user step by step through the entire process. It was not painful or tedious. It was actually fun! And quick. Got all my deductions and details figured out in a very short time, within an hour or so. And as far as I can tell, it's accurate. Thank you, Turbo Tax!

Everything is excellent except for Married Filing Separately in a community property state. TT should just get the income info from both spouses then fills in the forms with the correct numbers (obviously allowing the filer to modify the numbers if he thinks he knows better) rather than asking questions which are confusing to answer.
What's great about it: Automatically obtaining info from financial institutions
What's not so great: Too complicated to file Married Filing Separely

Easiest way to file

It's my 9th year using Turbo Tax. I love the ease of use and how it only takes me a few hours. The best feature is how it pulls information from previous year so I don't have to fill out all the information again.
What's great about it: Automated, auto-calculate
What's not so great: None
