Max My Refund!

Once again, TurboTax has simplified my complex refund. We have been using this product for years. It gets better and better. Some of the terms are a little advanced, if you are a first time user, but there is a help/question section to provide a definition. Links to tax pros also - for a fee. The product cost has stayed the same for the past few years. Buy it early in tax season for best pricing. I would recommend this product to EVERYONE! We start dancing when the GREEN REFUND numbers increase!

I was able to find out reasons for allowing or disallowing deductions. I did not like being asked repeatedly to import data.
What's great about it: Guided me through each step clearly
What's not so great: Kept asking me if I wanted to import data. After the first two refusals you should sto asking.

99% but disappointment at efile

I have learned the ins and outs of turbotax and it has served me well. I have always chosen to snail mail my returns in the past, but this year I decided to try the free efile. As I worked through the process, turbotax said that I needed one last piece of info. The info required was detail about a W2, but I had no W2s this year. There was no way out or around the request. This was an obvious software glitch.
What's great about it: I've used this for years and has worked well
What's not so great: The first time I chose to efile it let me down

Turbo Tax review

The program is easy to use, walks you through step by step. I didn't have all my information handy when I started this year, I was able to go out and than go back into the program several days later and take off with the information where I had left off - easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate in; could go out of program and back in easily

Turbo Tax has been our go to tax processing program for the past 8 years. We would not think about using anything else. It is easy and inexpensive.

We have used Turbo Tax for several years now. We feel that Turbo tax is an excellant source for tax filing. We do not hesitate each year to renew our Turbo Tax
