one of my pension 1099 didn't have the taxable income box filled in and I kept getting prompts about that and so I just put the number in and it seemed to take care of it.
Overall it was an easy to do process and I had no problems with it.

Enormous Help!

Having used TurboTax for a number of years, this was a particularly challenging tax year for me, as we had to file with two states (a first for us). I found the task much less daunting than anticipated due to the excellent instructions and completion processes. Thanks for an excellent product!
What's great about it: Ease of data entry, form completion
What's not so great: Separate dircet deposit accounts not carried over

I'm not sure all of my information was submitted. I wasn't able to transfer information because I changed computers and the information was not available for transfer. I did not complete my banking information when I came back to my returns it said IRS has accepted my returns.

As always Turbo Tax did a great job. It brought to my attention a couple of things I had missed. I made the corrections and I was done.
What's great about it: Walked me through everything and I was done in short period of time.

Quick, Easy & Almost Painless

A quick, easy and nearly painless way to file your taxes. There are step-by-step instructions and they help get you all you are entitled to. It was even easy when I helped a friend file his messy, somewhat complicated taxes. I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire process. They give you the choices to make so you know you're in control.
What's great about it: Quick, Step by Step Instructions, Easy, Helpful
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall, a great experience. Seems like each year I use Turbo Tax it takes less and less time to complete which is a huge plus!
What's great about it: Easy to complete. Step by step instructions are great.
What's not so great: Would like an on-line chat to be offered.

BETTER THAN YEARS PAST

THEY HAVE IMPROVED THE LAYOUT MAKING IT EASIER TO NAVIGATE ALL THE TAX SITUATIONS COMPARED TO LAST YEAR. NOTICED ALSO THAT IT HAD SUPPORT FOR CLAIMING BOATS/RVS WHICH WAS SOMEWHAT LACKING LAST TAX SEASON. AND THE HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT DECLARATIONS WERE MUCH EASIER TO UNDERSTAND AS COMPARED TO LAST YEAR. GOOD JOB TURBO TAX WITH CONTINUALLY IMPROVING YOUR SOFTWARE. YOU'VE COME A LONG WAY SINCE THE VERY FIRST TURBO TAX FROM YEARS PAST. NOW, NO MORE WORRIES ABOUT WHETHER I GOT EVERYTHING DECLARED.
What's great about it: BETTER E-FILING
What's not so great: STILL NEEDS FREE STATE RETURNS E-FILE
