Simple to use in a complicated tax world!

User Friendly for all brain levels

Cost effective and feel that you have adequately completed your taxes and gained the best possible refund you can. SImple and easy to use for beginners to advanced. I personally know 2 tax accountants that run their clients info thru turbo tax when they are done to check their work . And Turbo tax has found them deductions that they missed.
What's great about it: Guides you thru every aspect of filing with details
What's not so great: would love a live chat availablity within the program

I've used Turbo Tax since 2003 and I love the way the information is downloaded into the current tax year. So far,
I've not had a problem with any of the data that has been entered or carried over. It makes my life simpler. Thanks.

I've been using turbo tax to do my return and my parents return since i was in college. I wouldn't do it any other way. It makes it easy, fast, and always right.

rejected pin numbers

Turbo Tax said it checked for errors, then gave me a 'ready to send' status. I sent online to the IRS, then it got returned for an issue of a blank line that I didn't recognize. Next, I had two more rejections, one for me, then one for my spouse... both for non-matching pin numbers. It took a long time to get back to the Turbo Tax program and get new pin numbers. Turbo Tax should have signaled the sending issues PRIOR to me sending my first 'rejected' filing.
What's great about it: The comparisons to the previous year was helpful.
What's not so great: I had three rejections of my online attempts to send my tax forms to the IRS.
