First Refund onH a Federal return!!

Have been using Turbo Tax for seven years now, and will continue using it because its easy and complete for my needs. e-filing makes it so painless to file! It does a great job with my state taxes also. Besides, it gets better every year!
What's great about it: Easy to use! Asks all the right questions to maximize your return.
What's not so great: On state return did not pick up on rental credit which had been filed the previous year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Great Assistance with a less than likable task

I've use TurboTax for years and have never had a problem with filing the taxes. It even seems to get easier and the instructions are clearer every year.
What's great about it: Easy to go back and check pages or forms
What's not so great: Need a way to reduce the page so I don't have to use the slider.

Used TurboTax for the first time and was surprised by how easy it was. The only the I would have liked was a little more clarity on my 1099 and where it should be filed.
What's great about it: Low Cost, Step by Step process
What's not so great: Wanted to talk with a real person

Turbo tax is very user friendly and I can complete the forms at my own pace in the privacy of my home sitting comfortably in my pajamas.
What's great about it: Easy step by step guidance
What's not so great: Didn't need or like the "Thank You" letter produced at the end
