Very easy to use, well guided thru the whole tax process, liked the way it determines and calculates returns as you go.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, good guide thru tax process
What's not so great: start buttons, if dont apply should say so or not allow use

Very easy to follow.
What's great about it: Easy to use, simple to follow. Instills confidence.
What's not so great: Wish I could amend last year's return done on Turbo Tax with this year's version.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Most difficulty with deductions - not always clear how to pick valuation method (for the first time user)

What's great about it: generally topics easy to find

I love turbo tax. Use it every year! and will continue.
What's great about it: so easy to understand and follow
What's not so great: had to look up some legalese
