TurboTax was easy to use. The only issue I had was when I got to the end of the process. There was an issue with getting the software to allow me to make a credit card payment fo efile my state returns. I do plan to use turbotax again next year.

This is my 4th year of using TurboTax and we will use it again next year.
What's great about it: TurboTax gives pretty detailed instructions.
What's not so great: It did not always update without manually doing it.

This Is an Awesome Program

I really enjoyed using this program, it was really user-friendly, fast and really self explanatory. I have use Turbo Tax for the last couple of years and have loved the service it has given me and my family members. its a great relief to know I won't end up with a migraine after its all done. I would recommend this to anyone who would like to stay at home pay for the program and not pay for someone else to do it. It's really worth the price.

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of finishing my taxes this year. Turbo Tax made it so simple. All of my information was transferred from last year, making it even more user-friendly. I am a customer for life!!

Overall satisfied with my experience. I've been a customer for about 15 years and still pleased with the tool for figuring with accuracy the deductions that I have coming.
What's great about it: Step by step approach easy to follow
What's not so great: Didn't get my housing deduction right the first time through
