So EASY!

All in all, TurboTax Deluxe 2012 was as easy to use as the previous versions. All steps were explained in an easy to understand manner. It took me a little while to get used to this year's changes but still extremely user-friendly!
The best feature of the product is the "layman's language" which is used throughout. I would recommend TurboTax to everyone...from novice to expert.

What's not so great: Changes from previous years.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Most was easy to use and all inforamtion was their, but on an odd item that I had a question on (tax sale of a house) I could not find help.
What's great about it: My sons tax return was a breeze and the information was at hand for mine.
What's not so great: Could not find a catagegory of a question I had

What's not so great: some questions should not be asked especialy in respect to kids - such as was a 12 year old married in 2012 - not applic

Why Isn't EVERYONE Using TurboTax?!

I've been using TurboTax since the mid 90s. Have yet to have a single problem. This product makes filing taxes a breeze, with the prompts and explanations.
What's great about it: Easy even for ME!
What's not so great: Can't think of a single one

I've used Turbo Tax for years and the program continues to amaze me with its ease of use. The HELP program is also easy to use and written in plain languate.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
