Better Luck Next Year

Since I don't like to complete my Tax calculations at one sitting before the computer, the program would be more user-friendly if you could get into your calculations as though you were using a pencil.
What's great about it: Very thorough
What's not so great: Hard to get print-out
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Stress Free Filing! I Love It!

I love using Turbo Tax. I have used it for several years now and each year it appears to get better and easier as it relates to filling in the information. I will continue to use this product for years to come. I introduced a friend to the product last year and she is using it again this year. She said she would call me if she needed help and I haven't heard from her yet so I'm sure she's finding it easy to use. Thank you Turbo Tax for making my tax filing experience stress free!
What's great about it: Excellence of ease in completing the return. I love it. Turbo Tax rocks...it filled in the majority of the information
What's not so great: I can honestly say I did not have any dislikes.

Always a Breeze

I've used TurboTax for a few years now, and I keep coming back. I find the step-by-step interview format quick and easy. I feel confident my return is being prepared accurately and I'm getting the best results I can. Even with a change in situation - rental income that I didn't have before - TurboTax walked me through with ease.

Mostly Good -- Needs an issue fixed

I work out of my home in KY. In 2012, I started with new employer located in MA. My new employer had been with-holding MA income tax. (BTW, I had already entered all my W2 info into TurboTax for my federal and KY state returns -- including the W2 from my employer in MA.) After I downloaded the TurboTax MA state filing product, TurboTax informed me that, based on what I'd already entered, I didn't need to file a return for MA. Per MA tax law, that appears to be incorrect. So I completed & filed the MA state tax return along with my federal & KY state returns. Besides obeying the law, this resulted in over a $1,000 additional refund to me.
What's great about it: Easy and quick
What's not so great: Unaware of my need to file a state return for MA
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

1 i still find it cumbersome to get back where I was when i have to stop for a while. while some areas are instantly recalled, others require more of a run through to get there. a bookmark or flag where i was last would help
2 trying to figure out the value of such donated items as "softball cleats" there was no way to do so but there was for golf shoes, needed is a categorization system for putting in donated items as well as valuation. the current system did not work well
