Turbotax 2012 seems to be worse than the earlier versions. For instance when I am looking at the forms and click on key calculations to trace back, nothing happens. In earlier versions I could trace back the calulations.
What's great about it: Able to import data
What's not so great: Cumbersome and not intutive

Makes something Bad, Fun

I have used the product for years. I like most hate to deal with filing tax forms. Turbo Tax makes it easy and can actually make a miserable task fun.
