It has been ten years since I switched and began doing my own taxes with Turbo Tax. If I have questions they are answered quickly and succinctly. I have saved thousands with out having a tax person and I feel very confident that my taxes are very accurate but that my refund has always been maximized
What's great about it: Got me back the most money without paying a tax person
What's not so great: I hate doing taxes

I have been doing my taxes with Turbo Tax for many years now, I have always been happy with the results and how the formate is laid out. I know that it is better then paying a couple of hundred dollars for someone eles to do it.
What's great about it: easy instructions, can get my taxes done fast
What's not so great: there were some bad reviews with MN taxes this year

No need for a CPA -Turbo Tax has it covered!

I love Turbo Tax and always used it. However, this year I had some difficult tax situations. So I called up their support, spoke with a Turbo Tax specialist and after our discussion it was handled. Done! Simple and quick. How can you beat this type of quality? You can't!
What's great about it: The dedicated Support with a difficult tax suituation
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Have been using Turbo Tax for over 25 years now. So simple and thorough that even an 82 year old can still do his own taxes by using it. Surely has made my life much more simple since it came available.

Kitchen Table Easy!

Overall a great way to file for all. I am saving money by not overpaying a CPA to do what Turbo Tax does simply. I can do the calculations and enter all the information from my laptop at the kitchen table in just a short amount of time.
An excellent resource for taxes :)
What's great about it: Easy and quick; guided design for user friendly tax filing
What's not so great: When a deduction is omitted that was allowed the previous year, there should be a reason listed.
