Bad Filing Steps

For E-filing federal and mail filing state: When e-filing federal was "completed", the button to continue was "Exit TurboTax". Since the state forms hadn't been printed yet I went back to the beginning of filing and did my state taxes. Then I got a screen saying even though I e-filed don't forget this important paperwork. Expected TurboTax to prepare federal and state before exiting and why on the second iteration would something additional be required..
P.S. The filing instructions for New Mexico have the wrong mailing address.
Still wish the screen font size could be adjusted. I can't believe it is fixed.

Very Disappointed!

After completing both my federal and state returns, I paid Intuit to e-file my state return (my federal was to be e-filed for free), I am given a notice that my returns did not go through and to go to the Turbo Tax Menu and click on Check for Updates. Upon doing this, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPENED!!! So, now I have paid an extra fee to e-file my state return and no e-filing has taken place. Very poor service!
What's not so great: Not what expected!

I have never done my taxes by myself before, but Turbo Tax was recommended to me by various users. I thought filing my taxes would be a daunting task, but this software made it so simple to use- it answered all of my questions, took it step-by-step, told me exactly what I needed, and made sure I was getting the maximum refund.
What's great about it: So simple, straight-forward, and helpful for a first-timer!
What's not so great: None!

We have always used Turbo Tax, won't do our taxes any other way.

Better than the EASY BUTTON!!!!!!

I used to do my taxes by hand. What a chore. I used another type of tax program and after I checked it found many errors on the side of the govt. I have since used Turbo Tax for many years and found it to be very accurate and time saving. I would highly reccomend to everyone.
What's great about it: Guides yoy thru everything you need to file
What's not so great: did not find any down side to Turbo Tax in all the years i have used it.
