Not bad at all

Tax time can be so stressful that we put it off and procrastinate, When we finally sit to do it and load up Turbo Tax its like having someone right next to you guiding you all the way!!! Love it, if I don't understand something there is a link to explain. Thank you Turbo Tax. Also, it only took about 2 hours and 15 minutes to finish. Very Happy!!

I've been using turbo tax for years and wouldn't file any other way. Its so easy to follow the instructions that are in layman's terms.. not an accountant's.

Doesn't explain well and is hard to navigate! I hate doing taxes, but this is better than trying to figure it out on my own!!!

Easy, reasonably priced product. Helps me to keep things private.
What's great about it: Easy to do and easy to go back and check items.

More Friendly

I was initially struct by the change in the 2012 format of questions, and as I progressed, I liked it! I found it to be more "people friendly."
What's great about it: I liked your thorough yet easy questions to follow.
What's not so great: I would have liked the ability to access what the Federal and State forms looked like as I progressed.

Why hire an accountant?

TurboTax is just really good software. It takes on most of the tax preparation burden. One of the best aspects is how TurboTax "knows" and factors in the history of all returns filed since I started using it. It's rewarding knowing how much work is done for me automatically.
