I have been using TurboTax for several years now. I find it user-friendly and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Guides you sted-by-step; Error check; Rates Audit Risk
What's not so great: The "HELP" button does not work all the time.

2012 Turbo tax

Easy to follow instructions and all the information is correct from what I entered and what was on the forms. I like that last years information plus your name and everything goes right into the form with the push of a button. If you go through the entire program you will not miss any deductions or things that you can do to make your taxes less.
What's great about it: Information from last years return already on this years return
What's not so great: If itemizing the instructions are confusing when getting information from federal to state form

I have used Turbo tax for several years. I tried another tax software last year and was very disappointed. I love how user friendly Turbo Tax is.

Overall excellent product and feel confident that turbo tax took me through all the ins and outs of filing especially with first time college student.
What's great about it: Easy step by step, easy to switch to forms to see closer detail.
What's not so great: Found chat option to ask questions had too many steps not easy to ask questions so gave up.
