turbo tax could be more user friendly if a spreadsheet is provided for breakdown of stock sales transactions

Stress free tax return preparation

The process is friendly, comprehensive to a simple or complex filer. I have been using Turbo tax for years and this is the first year the process was stress free.
What's great about it: Very user friendly and thorough

Taxes Done

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and while no one enjoys doing taxes and the calculations involved, TT does make it easier and fairly seamless, After all of these years, I cannot understand why you can file the Fed form for free but must continue to pay for state filing. I don't understand why. Fed and states taxes change every year but not by much so why charge us?
What's great about it: Simple, easy and I trust them.
What's not so great: Having to pay to file state taxes. Why?

TurboTax it gets easier each year. When I had a question, they were answered so I could continue.

Upload/installation more problematic than in prior years. Tech support seemed less adept to address issues than I recall from earlier years.
What's great about it: Thorough
What's not so great: Could have offered more information at input rather than to have an hunt for explanation
