My mom's return is basically the same year after year, and it would be nice to have an option to do basically the same return, just filling in the blanks for the same forms, without having to pick forms only.....

Excellent product

I've used TurboTax for years. It has always made tax time much easier to deal with. I appreciate the save to PDF to save paper and help organize year after year. Online submittal of taxes works without a flaw. Payments linked to bank, checking or savings, works great. Tax saving tips are very helpful. I have used the import from Quicken in the past but did not this year.
What's great about it: Ease of use with guided questions.
What's not so great: Trying to get NetSpend for one of the returns did not work right.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Stress-Free Filing!

TurboTax made filing my taxes so easy. It's interview format is very easy and comfortable to use. Each step is explained so clearly, which significantly minimizes misinterpreting or misunderstanding the questions. I've used TurboTax for at least nine years and the software gets better every year. I plan to continue using TurboTax forever!
What's great about it: TurboTax is user-friendly, thorough, and very easy to navigate.

Wonderful, useful tax preparation tool!

I have used Turbo Tax for years now, and am amazed at how easy it is for ordinary people to use. While I am a CPA, I do not prepare any taxes but my own, and I know little about tax laws. A few hours and some reasonable organization on my part is all it takes to fill out the Federal return.
What's great about it: Step by step walk through of the logical progression through a tax return.
What's not so great: Showed I owed money this year! Bummer.

Could it get any easier?

For someone who has one income source, minimal bank accounts, and few investments this is the cheapest, easiest, most convenient way to file my taxes. I highly recommend turbo tax if your financials are simple.
What's great about it: Each step was clearly stated and easy to follow.
What's not so great: Initial installation was corrupt, had to install again.

Turbo Tax is easy and self explanitory. I have used Turob Tax for the last 20 years. Never had an issue.

Fool proof. All of my supporting documents can be imported from another program or online. This is a plus for anyone who is challenged when it comes to good records keeping and document organization. Thanks for having the quick buttons "edit" and "delete", etc. for the entries. I experienced a better sense of reassurance from the data/error checks that are in place. Thanks
What's great about it: The ease of following the flow of the application.
What's not so great: The 1st page that asks for your information for future updates. Where is the "Don't ask me again" box?
