I have used TurboTax the last several years and have found it to work well for me and my family. It is quick and easy to complete, and the guide makes it easy to work through all parts of the return.
What's great about it: Guide makes it easy, less expensive than paying accountant
What's not so great: Nothing

Can't wait to spend my refund!

Though we had a problem e-filing our state return, we highly recommend this software and have used it for years. The simplicity of uploading our W-2 forms, bank account information and dividends is awesome. To not have to type in all those numbers, or even figure out which numbers we needed, saved us a lot of time and stress.
What's great about it: So easy to use for people like me who aren't 'math savvy', got credit where I didn't realize I could credit
What's not so great: Couldn't e-file my state tax and spent 2 1/2 hours on phone with Turbo Tax without solving problem. Had to mail.

Less painful tax prep

I am almost 60 and computer challenged. Turbo tax does a good job of taking me by the hand and leading me through each category of the tax prep. Very user friendly. It keeps everything simple and pretty straight forward.
What's great about it: step by step coverage of all areas
What's not so great: still have to do taxes

Levaes no stone unturned and makes the normal laboring tax time into an easy schmeezy time!

Over all I think this is a great tax help!
What's great about it: I like that this program is easy to use and covers all the bases.
What's not so great: A few questions were a little confusing and one item under donations didn't end up listing the information I entered.
