I've been using TurboTax for about 10 years. It's always been a fairly intuitive system, but the changes made this year have made it even easier and faster to use.
I get a great deal of satisfaction in doing my own return
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: Actually there are none

Turbo Tax is a lot faster and easier than the paper method. I like it also because I'm not trying to figure out how each calculation affects the bottom line and why they write things as they do. Avoids a lot of aggravation!
What's great about it: Avoid paperwork, Don't have to read all the publications.
What's not so great: Non cash contributions allow only one date. List of non cash items are limited and hard to find.

Had problems getting last year's return pulled up. Called the customer service line, and they patient, friendly and stayed with me until we found the problem, got it repaired, and then downloaded! It was a great experience!

Filed years without fears!

The product pays for itself, it's fully deductable! It simplified what forms need to be filled out and guides me through them. It pre-copies redundent data, so I hate the IRS less.
I do get worried that it keeps prompting me for updates up to the day I decide to pull the lever and file my taxes. I'd feel better if it assured me that everything is up to date and just "form x" or "exhibit y" users need to do this download but its safe to file your taxes with what you have as of today. It feels like the product is never done and it's not safe to file my taxes.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, answers most questions before I ask them.
What's not so great: different passwords to get tax information downloaded from each source, easier to enter myself

Simplifies the process!

I use Turbo Tax every year because it makes filing my federal and state taxes simple. TurboTax auto-fills everything from the previous year and makes keeping track of deductions from year to year simple.
I wouldn't filel my taxes in any other way.

Great Tax Prep Program

Very useful program. I had a few changes since the past year and the program helped me easily maneuver through these changes. Recommended.

What's not so great: Expensive to file state taxes online!
