Made My Filing Easier!

I like that I can count on using TurboTax each year. I do not have to enter everything myself each time. That saves me time and hassle. The changes in the rules for taxes are complicated, but I can count on TurboTax to make it easy for me.
What's great about it: I like that it updates frequently. I don't miss any changes in laws!
What's not so great: I'm not sure how to get the answers I need.

14 years of faithful service

I've seen other packages that friends have used and never saw any advantage to switch from TurboTax.
For 14 years I've been doing my taxes and relying on TurboTax to document my returns from year-to-year.
What's great about it: Easy to use from year-to-year
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to navigate through all of the tax code, not really a TurboTax problem, more of a Tax Code problem!

Easy to use

Just took a couple of hours to input all the data. Turbo tax asked all the questions necessary to ensure all potential data was incorporated. I feel comfortable that my return is correct, and not subject to further review by the IRS

it would be nice if it explained clearly why we don't qualify for credits due to income level ie sons college costs. also have some sort of auto compare to see if it is more worthwhile to claim dependents or not. will my loss of credits make his return great enough to make up the difference.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: last years turbo tax was not installed on my computer. this years turbo tax would not read the file and import last year

In my opinion turbo tax is very easy to use and very informative , I think it be even better when we could just scan the forms and not entering it then it be pretty much perfect.
What's great about it: easy step
What's not so great: Transfering bank info to state
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use. Goes over all standard deductions. But you do need to know beforehand all the deductions that apply to you. There is help available but expect to wait 20-30mins. This is my first time using it but it was a breeze. Will use again
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: Does not double check last year refund
