The product was helpful, and was easy to use, a lot of questions, through. Have used this product for the last 4 or 5 seasons, no audits, good accurate forms, satisfied.
What's great about it: Ease of use, except had to load it two or three times into my computer. May have been my computers fault, thanx to win8
What's not so great: none really, could be cheaper, but was worth the cost. Just looking for more cash.

Easy Tax Experience

I've been a Turbo Tax user for years. I always think I'll get to the point that I need a tax professional as my life gets more complicated, but that day hasn't arrived.
What's great about it: Walks me through all the screens I need.
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to find the screen I need when I'm editing after the initial interview.

I have used TurboTax for 10 years after using an overpriced tax preparation service. I recommend it to everyone, I do taxes for my entire family. So easy to use and well organized. Great product!
What's great about it: Very user friendly!
What's not so great: Some help areas could be more in depth

I have been using turbo tax since its inception. This year software did not load my desktop with junk shortcuts bu there is still a lot of adds in software, selling you additional services. Just like with Quicken, there are some shortcomings but there are no better alternative.
What's great about it: excellent software, can do it yourself
What's not so great: some schedules and explanations are not clear
