Was Looking Good but Got Worse

I have been using TurboTax for at least 7 years now and I really never had any difficulties filing my return. For me it was always wondering if I continue to get it right but TurboTax ensures me with it's checks that I think I feel confident it was correct. Could be interesting next year and I hope to still use this if all goes right with my situation of retirement and other issues. I do still plan to use them again but if my situation becomes complicated I may need help and I hope they will guide me thru it.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow along with the process
What's not so great: Wondering if I got everything right for the best return

While we did not get a refund from either Federal or State, it was easy to use Turbo Tax. It caters to those of us who need "everything" explained in language easy to understand. Thank you.

Easy as pie

I have not used TurboTax in the last several years but when the cost of my accountant got to be more than I could stand I came back to the program. Even better than I remembered ans stress free. Made doing my own taxes again a breeze.
What's great about it: all questions were answered in a clear fashion
What's not so great: didn't find any

been using turbo tax for greater than 15yrs; very easy to do even if you have a fairly complicated return. only mistakes or problems have been self generated. very confidant in outcome year to year. hints given help you max your refunds
What's great about it: almost all forms
What's not so great: some k-1 areas
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Very easy to use, terms and items are mostly self explanatory. The few that require additional information, you can get it with just an additional click. I don't think I'll ever go back to using a CPA. I can get the same numbers they do for a fraction of the cost.
