Have used TTx for more than 20 years and don't expect to change
What's great about it: Ease, takes one through process
What's not so great: Ease, have missed subtle changes in the law because it is taken care of by Turbotax

Fast and easy

Every time I use TurboTax, I think back to the days of having to hunt down tax forms at the library, buy a big book on filing taxes, and get out my calculator and spend hours figuring out what to do, hoping I did it right.. I am so grateful for this product, I love it!! I no longer dread doing the taxes.
What's great about it: walks you through everything
What's not so great: Keeps asking me about filing a state return even though my state is Texas.

A Walk in the Park

I feel assured that I am not missing any information by the way the product asks questions. It is an easy format to follow and there are multiple definitions that are very helpful in assisting those that are unfamiliar with some of the technical terms. Great product! I have used it the last several years and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Enjoyed the step by step question walk-through; appreciate the error check and audit likelihood features.
What's not so great: Takes about one hour.

BEST Way to file

I have used Turbo tax for years. It is well worth the cost.
What's great about it: easy, guided step by step. Can review many times. Can save and come back again and again.
What's not so great: Can't think of any

A little confusing as to where 1099 brokerage interest and bank interest should be entered.
What's great about it: Easy to pick up and continue over time.
What's not so great: Dividends

Taxes make easy

Doing taxes this way is very convenient and I like being able to select between the methods of filling the forms. I am also glad for the e-file which I believe adds security to sending and receiving. Thanks alot for the service. It is money well spent.
What's great about it: Does a lot of the work. Easy switch from between methods of filling forms.
What's not so great: Just need to be careful at times to understand what is being asked.

TurboTax makes it easy to file your taxes by giving the user detailed instructions to lead one through the process without missing any data necessary to complete the Federal and California returns.
What's great about it: Very easy to understand instructions.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.
