Turbo Tax

I like the overall Turbo Tax software. Last 5/6 years i am filing taxes thru Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: I like simple calculation return
What's not so great: I don't like the way import financial service data. Killing too much time
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I find Turbo Tax to be very user friendly, I have been using this product since1982

I have used turbo tax for several years. I like it. others pay hundred of dollars to get taxes done when they can do it for themselves.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: should be discount for repeat users

Year after year, made my tax reporting stress free

My return is relatively simple, except for some investment income and a couple of pesky K-1's. Turbo Tax imports detail directly from my investment account, and the K-1 information is easy to capture. I would have no clue how to complete these forms on my own!
What's great about it: Very Intuitive interface
What's not so great: None for me!

I thought I had e-filed on 2/25/13. Obviously, I had not. I had to do it again on April 1. Hope I haven't filed it twice!!!!
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: E-filing was confusing!

I've been using this product for a number of years I added the state return afater my state pointed out math mistakes for the second year. Now TurboTax does the math, and I feel secure int he return I send. My tax is not that complicated, but there are always unexpected things, changes in the law, different requirements for the current year. I retired in the middle of this year, and needed to add several sets of pension and other retirement benefits to half oa year of salary. TurboTax got me through all of them pretty quickly, even though most were not available on line and needed to be typed in.
What's great about it: step-by step process
What's not so great: comparison with last year only shows at the end of each step
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
