Super Easy to use!

Great tax program, so easy to use! Very detailed information when needed. I have used Turbo Tax for the last few years and wouldn't use any other software.
What's great about it: very easy to navigate the site, good information available for review.

Another stress free filing

This is my fifth year of using Turbtax. I especially like the State Tax section as it makes it very simple to complete. The checking for errors or incomplete data is great. Comparing last years details is especially helpful. +Do not like the cost of efiling the state return so it goes slow mail.
What's great about it: easy to use...logical
What's not so great: expensive for state efile

Heck of a lot easier

For 40 years I did my taxes by hand, insisting it was straightforward and easy. Used TurboTax last year for the first time and will never go back. Carried over information this year makes even a straightforward and easy return even easier!

Taxes are a pain but this software makes it a little less painful. You type in numbers and it does the calculations. It asks questions to answer and it fills in the forms for you.
What's great about it: A lot better than trying on your own.
What's not so great: I wish it had a "What if" button.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

For next year would like the ability to select which I want to file if both state and federal at the same time or select to file fed at one date and state at a different time without having to process both state and federal.
What's great about it: Fast and accurate processing
What's not so great: Inability to select which one you want to file independent of the other (example state from federal)

What's great about it: great step by step assistance
What's not so great: there's not always a hourglass to indicate that the program is working/calculating

I have been using Turbo tax for about 10 years after my husband was on assignment for work for 6 months and it was up to me to do the taxes. It is still very easy, accurate and brings be big refunds.
What's great about it: Easy,everything is covered for me.
What's not so great: Can take a lot of time
