Crashes A LOT

Really disappointed in TT 2011 & 2012. It crashes a lot when switching from the Easy Guide to Forms.
It did not bring the no-deductible IRA basis from 2011 into 2012. Seems a simple thing to add

Every year it gets easier to file with turbo tax. it take the stress out of the chore of having to file every year.

Turbo Tax makes it easy for me to sit down at my computer and do my taxes in a short time (as long as I have kept all pertinent information readily available).
I really like the easy, step by step process, the comparison to the last year, and the reviews after each section. It makes it easy to catch any mistakes I have inadvertently made.

TurboTax makes filing taxes as painless and as accurate as it can be without using an actual accountant. I'm a single person with lots of deductions so it's silly to pay someone but i do need to itemize - TurboTax is the way to go.
What's great about it: allowed me to file my own returns
What's not so great: I'm not a detail person...

Outstanding Experience

The U.S. tax code is awful, but Turbo Tax brings logic and organization to walk amateurs like me through the process of filing my taxes. I have used Turbo Tax for nine years now, and I feel comfortable that I have followed the letter of the law with each of my state and Federal filings. As a teacher, I also feel that using Turbo Tax is an excellent tutorial for better learning about the U.S. Tax Code. Throughout the year, I pay better attention to keeping records and receipts than I might if I were paying someone else to do my taxes. I also feel more informed when listening to the news when it concerns budget and tax law debates in Congress. Since my computer doesn't work on commission or volume, it is never in a rush to get through my tax return and on to the next customer. I can take days to read and study before filing.
What's great about it: Logical Menus, Easy Help and Additional Information when desired
What's not so great: None noted
