Turbo Tax is the only way to go

It imports everything, asks the right questions and helps me get my taxes done in minutes. Any questions? Just click the "Explain this" button and it will tell me more than I care to read. Thanks turbo tax!
What's great about it: It is just so easy to file and get your refund.

Really liked the ease of reviewing the documents, adding/editing, the various forms of income and all. It was great!
What's great about it: Liked how easy it was to do with a complicated tax year! Tuition, early retirement distro...you name it!
What's not so great: Couldn't choose that something belonged to a dependent...
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easier than ever!

We have always used TurboTax and have always had a good experience using it. For the most part navigating through the questions is easy. Sometimes, certain questions require additional research because they can be interpreted different ways, but it helps that you can ask the Community for help.
What's great about it: Guides you step by step
What's not so great: Some questions are a little unclear
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I LIKE TURBO TAX COMPARED TO OTHER PROGRAMS DUE TO THE EASE OF USE, AND HOW YOU CAN CLICK ON HELP, OR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION LINKS RIGHT NEXT TO THE DEDUCTION POSSIBLITIES. MAKES IT EASY TO DECIDE IF YOU QUALIFY FOR THAT DEDUCTION. ALSO LOVE HOW IT IMPORTS INFORMATION FROM PREVIOUS RETURNS, AND IMPORTS YOUR W-2 INFO! MAKES IT QUICKER THAN HAVING TO TYPE IN EACH AND EVERY BOX.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE, LOTS OF HELP QUESTIONS
What's not so great: DOESNT BRING UP ALL DEDCTIONS AUTOMATICALLY

Caught an error

I absolutely love how TurboTax knows it's business! There was an error that I kept overlooking and could not figure out why it was wrong and TurboTax saved me by catching it and later telling me how to fix it! I love it! I've been turned on to using TurboTax for the past years and ever since have become a faithful veteran of the season! Thank you and can't wait till next season ;-)
