Worked as Expected

I've used TurboTax for many years. I consider myself an informed amateur. Following the interview makes sure you don't overlook things. You have to remember that the tax code has no relation to logic, so even though something seems not worth looking at, you can never tell. TurboTax has found things I never even thought about.
For those who work in multiple states, it's very irritating to have to pay for additional states. Typically the non-resident return is pretty basic, but needs to be filed both to get any overpayment back and to get a credit for the resident state. I end up doing my resident return with TurboTax, then going to the non-resident state's web site & downloading forms to fill out and file manually. I'd like to see 2 or 3 state returns included.
What's great about it: Comprehensive
What's not so great: Expensive for multiple states

Taxes couldn't be easier

Turbo Tax is a must for anybody who wants to do their own taxes and understand them as they prepare their return. There is simply nothing else out there that is this easy. You don't have to be a tax expert, a Math expert, or even a high school graduate. I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 20 years and have never had any kind of an issue with the program. One disk, a computer and some time and the next thing you know you are filing your taxes "Done Deal". You won't ever see me turn into a "Block Head". Nobody knows my business but me!!!! Thank you Intuit.
What's great about it: Cheap, Fast, Easy
What's not so great: They didn't send anybody here to do my taxes for me
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used turbo tax to 10 years, it just works, and makes the process easier and faster.

Great except for the Form 1116 processing

I like TurboTax - it is, for the most part, easy to use and guides you through what needs to be entered. My problem is with the foreign tax paid on stocks. The default is to take it as a deduction, and although it tells you that taking it as a credit is possible and a better option if >$300 dollars, it does NOT take you through the alternative process. I was able to find the way to do it via Google, but it was confusing. It does not lead you through the process and simple tells you there are errors.
What's great about it: Easy guide through what needs to be enter for the common stuff
What's not so great: Still difficult to use Form 1116, although improved from last year

Just that easy

I've used Turbo Tax over 5 years. Every year the software becomes more user friendly plus more useful and understandable in terms of presentation. Especially love the porting from previous year's return data to current year thereby saved a lot of data entry. But still not too comfortable with receiving software updates even in April because now I wonder if everything is processed correctly or not. Better QC in future?
What's great about it: Everyday language instead of financial or legal jargon words
What's not so great: Can't think of any

I love Turbo Tax and have used it for years. It's the easiest way to file taxes. It takes the fear away!!!
What's great about it: Rates my risk of audit. Checks for errors.

Very easy to fill the return

I have been using the software for more than 10 years, it just gets easier each year. This year it took me about an hour to finish everything, and submit both Fed & State tax return.
What's great about it: simple, clean, covers all areas
