TurboTax is so user-friendly with it's easy to use menus, pull downs, forms and guides. The EasyZoom features make it easy to move within the various forms / worksheets so data can be added or corrected. Really like having last year's required reference data imported into this year's program so I'm not having to fill it in. (Reduces the clerical work where mistakes can be made.) Intuit just keeps making TurboTax easier and easier to use every year. (Been using it for 10+ years.)
What's great about it: User-friendly - Easy to use menus, forms and guides to enter required information.
What's not so great: No dislikes of the program.

Great product, I have used other software before. But love turbo tax. So easy to use and customer service is great!

Long Time Customer

I've been using TurboTax since at least 2000! I have never had a problem with my returns or the preparation of them. Fortunately they have stuck with a format that works with no major changes, so each year it still feels familiar with no new features to learn; at least nothing obvious.
What's great about it: TT takes you through the process step by step.
What's not so great: Some parts of the state return can be a little tedious, but not bad.

Pain was held at bay

Turbo Tax has cut days out of what used to be a long and drawn out process. It still takes a day to prepare my own paperwork but the turbo tax process finishes my taxes in less than a half day.
What's great about it: Last years details roll over each year
What's not so great: taxes are painful

I heartily recommend TurboTax to anyone. It not only saves time,it also makes tax filing easy and error proof.
What's great about it: Quick and easy, Importing previous years makes taxes a snap
What's not so great: Frequent updates leave one wondering what's changed

Dependant Status A Little Confusing

Process was very good but I had some trouble with determining dependant status. Maybe provide link to a dependant return to validate ability to claim etc. Gross income test was confusing - maybe again tie to dependant file to validate the actua test data.
What's great about it: As always, very user friendly
