Taxes made EASY!!!!

Switched from taxcut a few years ago and will NEVER go back. Fast and super simple to follow. Made filing taxes completely un-intimidating!!!
Try it..... you will love it!
What's great about it: awesome interface... easy to navigate and a pleasure to use!

Always Improving

I've been using Turbo Tax since the mid 90s and can see the improvements they make each year. When an entry could be confusing, they state "Don't enter "x income/deduction type" here, you'll enter that later." The only fault I see is the redundant reviews. There's a review after each income or deduction type which is like a review after each sentence if you were proof reading a paragraph and had to start the review from the first sentence every time. So by the time the review comes around for sentence 8 you've reviewed sentence 1 eight times. I think a single review at the end of each section would be enough.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy
What's not so great: A little too much step-by-step review
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I appreciate the product performance. I had no trouble following Turbo's path. I was so very delighted that Turbo had complete questions to determine that I would complete each section correctly without worry.
Thanks for a stellar product. You make life easier!
What's great about it: The ease of Turbo Tax proceeding to each next logical step. The complete questions for each item to assure accuracy.
What's not so great: None come to mind

As a retired tax preparer I appreciate software that is simple to use, yet very intuitive and accurate. I suppose one could make a mistake, but frankly I can't see how, IF you follow Turbo-Tax's instructions carefully. Really a pleasure to use.
What's great about it: Very intuitive
What's not so great: Too much detail

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now, and have completely gone away from professional preparation assistance for anywhere else. It is a great product that is very user friendly.
What's great about it: It is like follow the dots, with stop signs when you make an error.
What's not so great: Nothing

Easy Way to Complete Taxes

I've used the various software tax programs and find that Turbo-Tax is the best. It's easy to use and with frequent updates, the information is accurate. In comparing software tax programs, Turbo-Tax appears to obtain the highest refund.
What's great about it: Information is updated, transfer of annual data makes filing easier. Plenty of areas for help or answers to questions.
What's not so great: None - it's a good product.
