Love This Program!

Have been using Turbo Tax for 12 years now, never been disappointed. Using this program, I found out deductions I did not know I was qualified for as a single mom. I have recommended Turbo Tax to many, many people, and all my kids use it as well. Thanks for making tax time easy!!

W2 forms dont always have a street

Great program, but final steps unecessarily alarm user to refund rate..if owing fed, but state was a refund, your refund listed was lower than state refund showed on top of program.
FInal review made me enter BLANK for a non-existant street address on my W-2.
What's great about it: Its deductable works seamlessly with Turbo tax.
What's not so great: Still waiting for auto w-2 fill-in from State of Michigan and my financial institutions...

Makes a frustrating event less so......

I had trouble getting the state tax return to load/run. I got it eventually, but it is worth mentioning. Seemed to have a lot of "spinning blue circle time".
What's great about it: Turbo Tax was able to explain, clearly and succintly, why our child tax credit decreased.

Keeps Getting Better!

TurboTax gets easier and more convenient every year. I didn't even have to input the data from my W-2; I just answered three questions and presto, there it was! With innovations in technology, Intuit makes it easier to file a return with their TurboTax mobile app for smart phones and tablets no matter where you are or how busy your life gets! Thanks TurboTax!
What's great about it: Simple and easy made for the non tax expert
What's not so great: Fee for filing on top of purchasing the software

not thrilled this year

still can't do state return. Can't access the form that I just purchased, Used turbo tax before without issues, but this year, seems to be lots of problems
What's great about it: easy to navigate on federal return
What's not so great: purchased the state forms, charge card charged, but unable to access the state form!
