Have used for decades...has definitely gotten better over the years.
What's great about it: Quick jump between Step by Step, Forms and printing
What's not so great: Couldn't scroll up & down with laptop touch pad

I have used turbo tax for several years now however perhaps it has been the State of Ohio which really did not make sense especially the local municipal taxes. I still hope they are accurate.
What's great about it: Easy Federal and State to some extent
What's not so great: Hard time with State and Local
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax is easy to use.

TurboTax is inexpensive, easy to use, asks lots of questions, guides me through the preparation and filing of this income tax document. TurboTax makes filing taxes almost fun!!!
What's great about it: Thorough and gives me confidence of an accurate return.
What's not so great: None

I was first introduced to Turbo Tax at work. I saw how easy it was for a real estate company to use, so I figured I could do it for my personal taxes! Easiest tax program ever.

I wish I had the time to have my taxes done elsewhere so I can do a comparative analysis of my returns. I am slave to Turbo Tax by my own choice and must pay the penalty of "what if"

If you've never used Turbo Tax you really need to try it! I'm 69 years old and it's very easy to use.
