Excellent Experience

I've used this successfully for the last 5 years. Easy to use and there is an correct answer to every question I had in filing. The only negative would be a program software update that kept hanging up my computer. Turbo Tax would not let me e-file without completing this update. Luckily there was a work-around using a manual update instead. I found this on the frequently asked questions part of the Turbo Tax help site. After downloading and installing the update everything went smoothly. I will continue to use this software even after this "hiccup".
What's great about it: Covered everything I needed and answered all my questions
What's not so great: Software update hung up and had to do a manual update before e-filing.

Easy to Do

I have been using TurboTax for many years to complete my taxes. It is easy to use, and I have been able to complete my forms without problems. I have had real estate purchases and sales, medical expenses, etc and have never had a problem. It is easy to find answers to your questions. I have had an secondary company verify my results, and they haven't been able to find any additional deductions. :)

Love Turbo Tax!

Turbo Tax is great! It is so easy to load, use, and understand. Everyone should use it. They walk you through each set so that the normal person can understand what is being asked and give the correct information.

I question how accurate the the return is. For instance, I enter a huge amount of property tax and get very little added to my return. Same goes for medical. I added a fair amount of medical expense with no change to my return amount.
What's great about it: simple to navigate

Printing Amended Return awkward

No federal payment voucher was produced for Amended Return.
At end of amending return instructions recommended printing return and burning a CD. Burn button didn't work. Printing did not distinguish between printing forms for filing and printing forms for your records. It printed everything.
