Good product - have been using for several years and have not had a problem yet. Comes up with the same results as the accountant did, so this is certainly a lot cheaper!
What's great about it: Like the question by question format
What's not so great: Felt like it skipped estimate paid with return

Easy to follow and saved me $120. Would highly recommend over these tax companies that have people outside waving you down.
So easy my dog could do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no stress taxes

I have been using turbotax for about 10 years now. I used to pay to have them done. I love how turbotax makes it so easy, any questions about deductions or other incomes is at your hand in seconds. Plus you can change your filing status and turbotax instantly shows the difference you get back or pay to change. I was married and then widowed and then I went to single to head of household because of turbotax giving me the best possible refund. Thank you turbo tax!!!
What's great about it: ease of filing and any questions about deductions is there for you

This program was very easy to use and follow. It took a lot less time than the product I used last year and seemed more specific which helped me get more money back. I will use this product again next year.

Easy to use. Wish TT would put next steps on the top of the page instead of making you scroll down to the bottom of each section page for the next step.
Been using if for may years and have no expectation of changing to some other tax prep program.
What's great about it: Walked me though every step and possible deduction
What's not so great: :( I had to pay the IRS more taxes.

I have been using TurboTax since about 1994. It has always been easy to use and I have never had a problem with any filing. If I could give TurboTax 10 Stars I would!
What's great about it: SIMPLE TO USE. I TRUST TURBOTAX COMPLETELY
What's not so great: CANNOT COME UP WITH ANYTHING
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
