over all a+ for getting things organized and ready to file and filed thanks
What's great about it: ease with which you can be organized and done
What's not so great: thought state could be filed free as well why so high a cost for e file

What's great about it: Easily handled routine issues
What's not so great: Some difficulty in importing all relavent documents.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Keeps Getting Better!

I have been using this product for years, each update gets better. I find it simpler and more efficient than ever. Why would you pay someone to fill in the form for you?
What's great about it: Really appreciate the step by step process and detailed explanations.
What's not so great: I findi it difficult to go back and make changes.

Not as user friendly as previous years

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and will probably continue to do so. It was a bit more complicated to maneuver through the documents and find exactly what needed to be checked or corrected, if the program didn't point out. I found a couple of errors that were not pointed out in the check process. This was a duplicate entry and another was an erroneous entry.
What's great about it: Neat, clean, easy to file
What's not so great: Does not catch duplicate entries. Sometimes difficult to go back to information to check or correct.

I'v been using Turbo Tax for years. I've never had a problem with the product. The newer walk-through is a plus. I even took my return to another location to compair their service. I had no changes in the final out come of my filings. Why have to "go" to another location when I can do my own taxes from home.
What's great about it: Easy to get around
What's not so great: confusion on the go.
