The best and easeyest way to go

I imported the info from last year made changes to areas that needed change aid I was impressed with the way all the calculations and deductions were carried out.I give it 5 stars out of 5.keep up the great work

Been using TurboTax over 10 years now. Never had a problem and don't think I ever will. Wouldn't even consider using any other program. TurboTax does it all!

Overall, I appreciate Turbo Tax, They plug all the information into the forms, do all the calculations and I trust they are doing it correctly.
What's great about it: Love the step by step process through all the forms
What's not so great: Sometimes it is difficult to go back to the step by step process and change any information.

Great Product!

I love using Turbo Tax! This is the 4th year we have used this program and we really have no complaints. It's easy to use and speaks in layman's terms! I really wish that it would give more information pertaining to any tax delays for the year. I filed nearly 9 weeks ago and I still do not have my money and intuit has already pulled their fees. This has never happened in the past and I was not happy about this at all.
What's great about it: User Friendly, Easy to Use
What's not so great: Doesn't give any refund date this year

DATA ENTRY HASSLE

When a form has previously been entered, later checks reveal that a field is either missing (e.g. missing payer id), or incorrect (e.g. for electronic filing). This means the user has locate the form again to provide the fix. Each form's data (e.g. W-2, 1099-R) should be completely verified at the time of original input before proceeding to the next form for entry..
What's great about it: EASE OF USE
What's not so great: DIGGING UP FORMS WHEN PREVIOUSLY ENTERED

It is pretty well organized like a paper return. I like that.
What's great about it: I like the ability to do my own taxes.
What's not so great: I had to pay extra for the state.

Very good experience

I had a number of detailed tax situations that made up my return this year. TurboTax handled them all easily and with a minimum of fuss. The only issue I had was that the interview didn't ask if I wanted to apply my refund to next year's estimated taxes. When I backed up the interview and tried again, I still didn't have the option show up, so I went to the forms pages and entered the information directly on the form.
What's great about it: Covered all of my tax situations; very easy to use; very easy to make adjustments.
What's not so great: Had to use the forms to apply my refund to my 2013 estimated taxes
